Dr. Roy Wilson
Dr. Roy Wilson’s journey in veterinary medicine has been anything but ordinary.
A 1997 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia College of Veterinary Medicine, he has explored nearly every corner of the profession—owning practices, working in corporate and private settings, contributing to public health, and even practicing internationally in Germany. From his beginnings on the farms of Missouri to his role as a Regional Medical Director in the South Atlantic, Dr. Wilson has embraced a path filled with unexpected turns. His background in engineering, combined with his experiences across different cultures and communities, has shaped his distinctive approach to patient care. Dr. Wilson enjoys helping others navigate their own careers, sharing lessons learned along the way. He believes that veterinary medicine thrives when professionals support one another, learning from both successes and setbacks to elevate the field together.
