Hannah Johnson, LCSW
Hannah Johnson, LCSW is the hospital-based social worker at VCA Aurora. She holds a Master of Social Work degree, specialized in healthcare. Prior to becoming a veterinary social worker, Hannah worked in human healthcare as a hospital discharge planner and more recently at an outpatient dialysis clinic. Some of her primary interests revolve around providing support during times of grief and loss, along with aiding communication between Associates and clients. Hannah began her VCA journey in May of 2021 and has found such value in being able to provide care and support for those working within veterinary medicine.
