Dr. Kizzy English
Dr. Kizzy English is the medical director for VCA Fort Collins Animal Hospital and Urgent Care in Fort Collins, Colorado. She was born in Virginia and completed her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at the University of Virginia. She relocated to Colorado in 2006 and earned her Master’s of Science and DVM credentials at Colorado State University. She brings a broad range of experience in delivering care in rural environments, animal shelters, and general practice. She describes her style as “combining quality science with a gentle and compassionate approach, to provide the best care for pets and their families.”
Dr. English advanced from internship to staff veterinarian at Denver Dumb Friends League before joining VCA Animal Hospitals in 2016. She worked at VCA Southeast Area Animal Hospital in Denver before arriving in Fort Collins.
Dr. English enjoys spending free time with her husband, two daughters, and dog Maks.
